1. Pull the brush head off the applicator.
2. Under the brush head, there is a transparent plastic section with four nozzles where the cream is supposed to come through.
3. Check if this plastic section is properly attached. If it is loose, this could be the cause of the problem.
4. Thoroughly clean the plastic section under the tap to remove any blockages.
5. Carefully blow through the nozzles to ensure there are no more blockages.
6. Press the plastic section back into the applicator until it is securely in place.
7. Slide the brush head back onto the applicator.
