Terms and Conditions AMICI Cosmetics B.V.

1.2 Customer: The natural or legal person who enters into an agreement with AMICI Cosmetics B.V. or uses the website.

Article 4 – Prices and Payment 4.1 All prices on the website are in euros, including VAT, but excluding any shipping costs.

4.3 The Customer is obliged to immediately report any inaccuracies in the provided or stated payment details to AMICI Cosmetics B.V.

Article 5 – Delivery 5.1 AMICI Cosmetics B.V. strives to deliver orders within the indicated delivery time. The delivery time is indicative and not a strict deadline.

5.2 The risk of damage or loss of the products transfers to the Customer at the time of delivery.

5.3 If a product is out of stock, the Customer will be informed and offered an alternative or the option to cancel the order.

Article 6 – Right of Withdrawal 6.1 The Customer has the right to withdraw from the agreement without giving reasons within 14 days of receiving the products.

6.2 During the withdrawal period, the Customer must handle the products and packaging with care. Products may only be unpacked or used to the extent necessary to determine their nature and functioning.

6.3 To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Customer must contact AMICI Cosmetics B.V. via the contact details on the website.

Article 7 – Warranty and Complaints 7.1 AMICI Cosmetics B.V. guarantees that the products comply with the agreement, the specifications stated in the offer, and legal requirements.

7.2 Complaints about delivered products must be reported in writing within 14 days of receipt.
